Therefore, if your community association has had a Full or With-Site-Visit reserve study in the last three years prepared by Association Reserves, or a credentialed Reserve Specialist (RS) or Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA), your association may be eligible for a Kevin Davis Insurance D & O Liability policy discount.

Also, as an additional incentive, if you select Association Reserves for your Reserve Study, your association will be eligible for a discount from them on your Reserve Study.
