Kevin Davis is the President of Kevin Davis Insurance Services, Inc., currently the Managing General Agent for Travelers Insurance and is one of the largest writers of specialty insurance coverage for community associations in the country. He currently insures over 40,000 community associations and is the largest writer of this type of business throughout the US.

Kevin has worked in the insurance industry for 30 years focusing on community associations for the past 25 years. He started Kevin Davis Insurance Services, Inc. in 2000 and has grown from two employees to over 65 employees.

Kevin Davis writes and lectures frequently in the areas of loss prevention techniques for community associations and is a faculty member of the many Community Associations Institute (CAI) training programs held throughout the United States.

Karen began her insurance career in 1989 as a Senior Underwriter handling Directors and Officers Insurance for Community Associations. She’s a co-founder of Kevin Davis Insurance Services, formed in April of 2000. Karen is responsible for business development, market relationships, strategic planning, and marketing and oversees the company’s revenues and expenses.

Karen is currently a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI), served as a National Trustee and Chair of the Insurance Committee for CAI.

Karen graduated from California State University with a BS in Organizational Development and Human Resources also minored in History and Political Science.

Veraliz, a native of Chicago now residing in Los Angeles, is a distinguished graduate of DePaul University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Magna Cum Laude honors.

With an impressive track record spanning over two decades in the insurance industry, Veraliz embarked on her professional journey at a retail agency in Connecticut. Over the years, she has finely honed her expertise in the Community Association business, progressing through various roles at both agency and program manager levels. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Kevin Davis Insurance, Veraliz plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities encompass underwriting, finance, training, product development, and fostering strong profitable relationships with carrier partners.

Beyond her professional commitments, Veraliz is actively engaged in cultivating the future of the insurance sector serving as a member of the board of directors for LiNC. She’s a member of the CAI Think Tank and has served in several committees for local CAI chapters.

In her leisure time, Veraliz and her husband share a passion for exploring new horizons and embarking on adventures around the world.
